If you are more then 15 minutes late a $10 fee will be applied to balance. After 20 minutes appointment is CANCELED as NO SHOW.
The calendar will reflect what days and times are available. You can either pay in full or pay just deposit at the time of booking. If you are booking a hair and makeup service, yes you have to book two separate services.
